Spring menu 2025

Enjoy our new menu full of top-quality seasonal products. Fish, meat, vegetarian options and the must-try desserts.

Spring arrived, and, with the first rays of sunshine and warmth, also a variety of ingredients and dishes to enjoy.

 

Our Chef Marzio created a menu that emphasises seasonal products and quality raw materials. We are, in fact, refining our research and selection of the best suppliers to enhance the taste of our dishes.

Fish continues to be the protagonist with some now unmissable proposals on our menu: the Venetian appetizer, the Fish of the day directly from the Venice market, and La Caravella fish soup.

 

There are also some meat, vegetarian and vegan options.

Finish on a sweet note by indulging in one of our delicious desserts: you won't regret it!

 

And to enjoy each dish to the fullest, our sommelier can suggest the best wine to match.
