Chef Alfonso Cicerale has created a new menu for you, all to be tasted.
Fish is the main character with local specialties, such as cod, revisited in a modern way, but you can also find appetizers, first and second courses of meat and some vegetarian or vegan options.
We prefered to use local products, especially the excellences of the lagoon such as mussel mitilla, scallops, clams, cuttlefish, and from Veneto.
And we suggest you to taste one of our desserts too: you won't regret it.

- Scallops with dry Martini reduction, oysters infusion and clams
- Venetian style creamed cod fish, lagoon mussel coulis and fried polenta
- Selection of vegetables from the lagoon in saor (as per tradition) with onion, raisins and pine nuts
- Semi-whole meal sautéed rice with seafood from the lagoon
- Egg tagliolini with scampi, black truffle and sauce of Pecorino from our region (the most ordered dish)
