He proposes a classic-creative and Mediterranean cuisine, with innovative and healthy cooking techniques, giving importance to every minimum detail to enhance the identity of each dish. He loves to offer the flavors of tradition that are revisited in a modern key, the best of the past and the present.

Chef Alfonso Cicerale is already at work to study a new menu that we will present you shortly: certainly there will be the classic recipes of traditional Venetian cuisine -some of them still remain the most requested by our guests- but of course they will be revisited in a modern way to offer a unique experience in our restaurant near Piazza San Marco, where you can visit the major tourist attractions in Venice.
